This website functions as the primary digital ecosystem for disseminating teachings, preserving Dhoroho liturgical texts, organizing the Dioceses worldwide, and facilitating administrative clarity for registered congregants.

2. Member Accounts & Security

Access to the CMS is restricted to verified church members and administrators. Members are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. Any malicious use of a member's account must be reported immediately to Church Administration. The RHGCEA reserves the right to suspend accounts attempting unauthorized circumvention of security measures.

3. Acceptable Conduct

Our digital platforms are extensions of our sacred sanctuaries. Users must communicate and act with the same purity, respect, and unity demanded by our faith. Posting or transmitting offensive, disparaging, or fraudulent material—especially anything countering the dignity of the Church or our Archbishopric leadership—is prohibited and grounds for spiritual and ecclesiastical discipline.

4. Intellectual and Spiritual Property

All multimedia content, Dhoroho hymn transcriptions, photographic archives of the Musanda martyrdom and Archcathedral, and specialized CMS code belong exclusively to RHGCEA. They are protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction of Ruwe materials for commercial enterprise without explicit, written Archbishopric consent is fiercely forbidden.

5. Limitation of Liability

While the administrative body works diligently to ensure robust uptime and accurate records, RHGCEA provides this site on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for incidental or consequential digital damages, service interruptions, or reliance on unverified third-party content linked from within our forums.

6. Jurisdiction and Governance

These Terms shall be governed according to the laws of the Republic of Kenya at the seat of the Ruwe Headquarters in Siaya. RHGCEA reserves the absolute right to revise these Terms at any time to preserve the evolving structural integrity of the church.
